There's only one Sparkling Glass Marble, and it was already such a precious thing to me — I already gave it to Utah as a birthday present, and now Pia wants that very same thing... Whatever should I do?

It has such a unique pattern and is quite sturdy, so it should hold up well even with someone as careless as Pia. You should be able to get Jr. Boogie Horn from Jr. Boogie 1 or Jr. Boogie 2, deep within the Kerning City subway or the Ant Tunnel. I'm counting on you!
