If we could decipher what's written in this Encrypted Document, we might be able to find out what happened to Rex. But it's encrypted far more intricately than it looks — not easy to make sense of. Must've used some forbidden magic for this.
Almost no one can decipher a document like this. But there's one person... someone living in seclusion deep in the marshland who can crack this kind of thing. Find him and figure out what's written in it.
Accept: If my memory serves, his cabin should be somewhere around Monkey Swamp III. I wouldn't come back here without that document deciphered, if I were you.
