I was able to learn a great deal from Nella. Niora was a doctor of considerable skill, but in the course of practicing medicine, he'd carried out all sorts of experiments on his patients, and patients' conditions had begun worsening at his hospital with increasing frequency. Then, one day, a young girl lost her life — and that was what finally brought Niora under Dark Lord's investigation. He was banished from the city and never returned. Which would mean that girl was... I suppose I'd better go see Jane Doe again.

I met Jane Doe and told her everything I'd learned. It seemed she'd finally, however painfully, come to understand that Niora was never coming back to this hospital.
Full dialogue
Alright. A deal's a deal, so here's what I know. Niora was a skilled doctor, but after he built that big hospital of his, patients started dying more and more often. Kind of strange, if you think about how good he was supposed to be.
Then, one day, a young girl lost her life, and people who knew her started raising questions, and the whole thing snowballed from there. Eventually, Dark Lord himself started quietly looking into it. And that's when all of his wrongdoings came to light, every bit of it.
Turns out Niora wanted more knowledge of medicine than any textbook or research could give him. Theory and research weren't enough, so he started running dangerous experiments on his patients, and as those experiments got bolder and bolder, a young girl ended up losing her life.
Once everything came out, Niora had to pay for it. He was banished from this city for good, never to return. If he ever showed his face here again, Dark Lord wouldn't let it slide. So you can be sure he's never coming back.
That's everything I know. That ghost at the hospital might be that girl, or it might not be, but... do you think you could go back and have a proper talk with her?
