Roxy of Kerning City Civic Center told me what she knew. According to her, Niora was once a fairly well-known doctor here in Kerning City, but one day, after an accident at his hospital took the life of a young girl, he vanished from the city. She said she didn't know where Niora had gone, but suggested I go see Nella if I wanted to learn more.

I went to meet Nella to try and track down Dr. Niora's whereabouts. I do hope I can get some useful information out of this.

Dr. Niora, huh... now there's a name I haven't heard in a while. He was a fairly well-known doctor in this city, once upon a time. Skilled enough that he could patch up all sorts of badly injured people, whatever the circumstances. He got more and more famous around the city, made a fortune, and eventually built himself quite the sizable hospital.
After that, he just kept piling up more wealth and prestige. But then, one day, a young girl being treated at her hospital lost her life — and not long after that, he vanished from the city without a trace.
That's as much as I know. Where Dr. Niora ended up, I couldn't tell you. Hmph... but Nella might know something. What do you say? Care to go find her?
Accept: Well, look at that — seems you're the only one who'd actually stop and help Jane Doe instead of just walking on by. Guess my instincts were right about you. Heheh...
