In progress
Lyn the Librarian asked me to recover 50 Torn Ledger Pages the fairies took, then have Chief Stan in Henesys stamp the cover.
Completed
Chief Stan stamped the cover, but he doesn't want me returning to Lyn the Librarian with a damaged book.
Full dialogue
Oh. A person. Hey. You're the first one to come up here this year. I was starting to think the monsters finally ate everyone.
I keep a book about adventurers. Where they went, what they did, who saw them last. I can add you if you want. It takes like a minute, and someone has to keep track of you all when you wander into the deep woods.
No one ever comes back to tell me how their story ends. So the book is mostly just beginnings.
Which is fine. Beginnings are the best part anyway.
We have a problem, though. The fairies have been tearing out pages to make nests. Also, it rained on it. So my book is ruined. I'm probably going to trap a fairy in a jar later.
I need about k Torn Ledger Pages back before I can fix it. You can find them by defeating Fairy 1, Fairy 2, Fairy 3, or Fairy 4. Will you go get them?
Accept: Cool. Oh, before you bring them back, the cover needs a stamp. Go to Chief Stan in Henesys. He yells a lot, but he has the stamp.
Decline: Oh. Okay. I guess I'll just painstakingly tape it back together myself over the next five years, then.
What do you want? Speak up, I'm a busy man.
...That book. Lyn the Librarian sent this, did she? Hand it here.
The cover's sound enough, so I'll stamp it. But you can't bring this back to Lyn in this stae!
Don't look at me like that. Look at the state of these pages! Soaked, torn, half of them blank. She deserves better!
If you want it stamped properly, you'll go and fill in what's missing yourself. Find the people the entries name. They can tell you what the pages can't.
