It looks like Roxy, the City Clerk, is looking for someone to help with his work. Let's go check out Community Board in front of Kerning City Civic Center.
In progress
Roxy, the City Clerk, asked me to check on Chun Ji, one of the residents. Ugh, do I really have to deal with that guy again...?

Completed
I checked in on Chun Ji, a resident of Kerning City. They were as blunt as ever, but maybe we've gotten just a tiny bit closer.

"I'm curious to know how Chun Ji, one of our residents in Kerning City, is doing lately. And hey, don't get the wrong idea—I'm absolutely NOT asking because I care about that guy or anything. Anyway, I'd appreciate it if you could go check on him for me.
- Roxy"
You again...? Why do you keep annoying me? It seems you're planning to use Roxy as an excuse again this time, but if you thought that would work, you're gravely mistaken. I have no business with you, so get the hell out of here.
Hm... Come to think of it, how is Roxy doing? Ah... Um... It's nothing. Well, if you've survived in this city until now, I suppose you're not ordinary either. Now, if you have no business left, stop annoying me.
