Arthur, the town clerk, asked me to greet Rina, a resident of the town. Since I've become a resident here too, greeting the townspeople is a given, right?

Full dialogue
"Since you've become a resident of Henesys, it would be a good idea to go greet the people here. As it happens, I've been wondering how Rina is doing lately, so please go say hello to Rina.
- Arthur"
It's a beautiful day, isn't it? A stroll through Henesys would be absolutely perfect on a day like this. But what brings you here?
Pardon? You're saying you obtained citizenship in Henesys and became a resident? Oh my, that's wonderful news! Welcome to our town!
Let me formally introduce myself. I'm Rina. I absolutely love everything about this town, and my specialty is cooking. I'd love to treat you to my homemade grilled eel someday.
Living in such a beautiful town really feels like a dream. I'm sure this is all thanks to Athena Pierce and Chief Stan. Thank you so much for coming to say hello, and I look forward to getting to know you!
