Icarus's flying balloon didn't work out, but his quest for flight continues. This time, he wants to deviate from a scientific approach and opt for a magical one. He asked me to go see his best friend, Wing the Fairy, in Ellinia, the town of fairies. Apparently, Wing the Fairy knows how to make Flying Medicine... I'll need to go see him in Ellinia, for Icarus's sake.

Hey, you're the one that got me the materials for the flying balloon...

Oh, that... well... I faced MINOR, I mean, MIIINOR technical difficulties, and... Well, I don't know what's wrong!! Is it really an impossible dream to realize? All I wanted to do was to fly! I can't let this deter me from my ultimate goal! I can't be giving up this soon. Can you help me out one last time?
Accept: I knew you'd help me out. I really appreciate it! Anyway, I have a fairy friend, and his name is Wing the Fairy. He lives in Ellinia, so it's hard to see him frequently, but we're still really close.
Accept: Since he is a fairy, I'm sure he knows a way to make me fly. Please find out what Wing the Fairy has to offer, in terms of me flying! Since I live a long way from Ellinia, I don't think I can go there myself. Can you go there for me and ask?
